Welcome and Agenda D. Thomas, President	No treasury report today. Sharon is open to being replaced, email Denise if interested. Karen Collins is moving out of town and is requesting to be removed from all correspondence not relating to Treasury position. No committee members yet, but looking to add. We do have a communications committee, but needing a chair We need digital/technical, volunteer and fundraising committee
Virtual Report: T Moore, Vice President	Discussion: Our goal was to make HDPA more virtual and more fun. Less time requirements for members. Still looking for ideas on making it better. Our first "virtual" meeting was Feb 09. This is our second "virtual" meeting. Volunteer Match, T. Moore in charge: we had very good response. 11 responders and 6 active. Out of the shadow board members, 6 responders and 2 active. Tech: 6 responded and 2 active. Still looking for Flikr Manager and Web Assisitant (on volunteermatch.com) If you are interested, sign up on volunteermatch.com I: Web Metrics: Photographer: Sheldon has taken great pictures for Bill Archer (Bear Creek park) Elaine Fountain has taken pictures of Millie Bush Dog Park and her photos might be featured in Dog Fancy Magazine. Ben Poon- special thanks to him for his outstanding work taking pictures at several different dog parks: Danny Jackson, Levy, and Discovery Green Dog parks. We need photographers to cover the grand openings of new dog parks in the area. Coordinate with Tiffany. Special Thanks to Jim Dulaney for help he has given to Tiffany. II. Team: III. News and Park Updates: T. Moore and F. Swerdlin	Discussion: Bylaws: revised in January and will go on website very soon. We will have an executive committee meeting soon. BBQ Meet and Greet: Planning for early summer. I: News: History: took several years to get first dog park (Millie Bush was first) II Park Updates: 1. Grand Opening: Baytown Dog park April 30 at 5:30 pm 4334Crosby Cedar Bayou Road, Baytown. 2. Bay Area Dog Park, May 3, at 2:00pm 7500 Bay Area Blvd, 77058 Sivlia Garcia will be opening the first in this area. 3. League City Dog Park- construction should start at any time Leaguecitydogpark.com. donations: Neil.Baron@leaguecitydogpark.com 281-554-1028 4. Sugar Land Dog Park- still in planning, no date yet 5. Duessen Dog Park 12303 Sonnier St. (Lake Houston area) Tom Bass 3250 Fellows Road Can look at the Bark9 website 6. Hermann Park Dog Park Postponed but still planned. Actionable Items:

New Business:	Discussion: Flickr photos: great photos are now on Flickr website. Still looking for manager for this. Go to Volunteer Match. Com Facebook: Join the cause! , http://apps.facebook.com/causes/253502/ This is a link to our website where they can donate money. We can also send emails to members who have joined. Facebook allows: 5 notifications per week and 3 emails per week. Website always looking for more help. Also needing Committee Chair and Board members for: Board Member at Large Treasurer Fundraiser Digital/ Technical Actionable Items We are looking for suggestions as to what to send in emails through facebook. Community Service Volunteers: How can we use these people? Junior League of Houston can provide volunteers- how can we work together?
